Watermelon Tourmaline Necklace, Large Yellow Brown Tourmaline Slice Necklace - Oxidized sterling & Yellow Gold, October Birthstone
This slice is a fabulous example of Afghan tourmaline! It's a very large UNIQUE tourmaline with center coloring that is deep brown/black and an outer band that is a bright yellow with a green/lime undertone. It's set in oxidized sterling with a sleek yellow gold filled, long hammered bail. This big boy weighs a whopping 8.8 carats (21x18mm) and the necklace is 20 inches long. The piece is set entirely in oxidized sterling silver with a 14/20 yellow gold filled bail.
This necklace is a one of a kind, handmade fine jewelry piece that is created from start to finish by me.
